This is the foundational level of Reiki where you will learn how to balance and revitalize your OWN energy by instruction on the 7 main chakras and the techniques of using Reiki. After receiving your first attunement, you will be able to identify and clear energy blockages, reduce stress, manage pain, develop self-care routines, and increase your psychic abilities.

Once you buy a reiki certification class, I will email you to determine the days and times. We will speak to discuss any questions you may have and what each level entails.
